It has been more than a month since the government launched a nationwide ‘lockdown’ to control and prevent the Covid-19 (Corona virus). The seven-day strike on March 26 has been extended to five weeks.
Now the question is – how long to lock down? The government has the option of continuing, removing, loosening the existing lockdown that started on April 3, or adopting different methods by allocating certain areas.
Doctors, public health experts, people’s representatives, and human rights activists have suggested that the current situation of lockdown should be changed. They suggested that the people are facing various problems due to the lockdown and one challenge after another is being added.
